Voting Question: Are these okay as my carry on’s?

i don't know if a stuffed animal counts as a carry on but here's what i have with me 1 Laptop (in its bag... should i put the adapter in my luggage?) 1 Purse (it's not that big, and in it i have: a book (HP5 to be precise), a magazine, iPod touch, cell phone, wallet, glasses/case, digital camera and its case, my luggage lock key and of course my passport) and 1 stuffed animal aprox. 16 inches in height. would those big Lululemon bags be too big as a carry on? because i'm thinking of putting my bag in there and i meant Lululemon bag as in those shopping bags after you purchase an item... not an actual purse bag
