I was at the Tom Petty concert last night at the Comcast Center and I lost a set of keys, my glasses & my digital camera. I’ve tried to contact the lost and found center at the Comcast Center, but the only phone number I could find directs me to a recorded message offering only one option, which is to visit the corporate dial directory. I can’t get anyone on the phone, but really need to get in touch with lost & found ASAP – can anyone help me out here?
I recieved a flyer in the mail for special deal for 6 months on digital cable. After being on the phone with comcast for 10 minutes, when we got to the last step the rep tells me “that deal is not available in your area” WTF. Why send me the flyer if you’re not going to honor it?!
