I read a little of this article on yahoo's homepage and it got me thinking:
http://finance.yahoo.com/family-home/article/108504/10-things-not-to-buy-in-2010 I still own DVDs and don't need Blue ray or netflicks, and am fine renting from Blockbuster. I still even own tons of VHS tapes. I don't need a damn ipod to listen to music, I'm still stuck in the 90s using CDs. I only need a simple cell phone that calls because I don't have any friends to text message or need a useless camera phone with internet connections. My home phone works just as fine.Lastly I don't need and HD or whatever fancy TV to watch my shows, I don't even watch TV much and paying for digital capble would be useless. What I'm ranting about is that I don't like following the latest trends of recent years because I find myself not needing any of them. I know my stuff is becoming obselete but that doesn't mean I still can't use them.
