5 Stars Fantastic product
This is a fantastic phone; EASY to use, good clear voice tone, with plenty of volume, good answering machine, easy to read the caller ID. I have ordered a second phone for us and another as a gift for our daughter. We would recommend it to anyone who wants a very servicable phone without having to be a rocket scientist to set it up.

2 Stars Caller Can’t Hear Very Well
No matter who I am talking to on this phone, they are not able to hear me very well. I get a lot of “I can barely hear you.”, “Sounds like you aren’t talking into the receiver.”, etc… I have had many people complain about this and I make sure to talk loud and directly into the receiver but it doesn’t help. Frustrating since I have an at home business.

I could not read the screen very will. and did not come with a belt clip?

this is a good phone at a good price. ive spent more on phones in the past that diffently do not work as well. very clear and holds a really good charge

Wonderful phone that works great and have had no problems. Good quality sound and ease of use.

1 Star Do not buy this phone!
I bought this phone a year ago (Jan 08) and it recently died on me. It kept giving me the “low battery” indicator, even if I only talked for 5 minutes. I would replace the battery, but just decided the chuck the whole phone since a phone battery costs $15.00 (half the price of the phone). I’ve own three cordless phones in the last twelve years, and this is by far the worst.

1 Star Piece of Junk
I have had a few cordless phones. This one wore out the fastest. The battery when the phone is off the hook died the fastest. And it is the biggest piece of junk of the cordless phone I’ve had. I have to go out and replace mine now.

5 Stars No problems, works great for us!
We’ve had this system for over 6 months and we’ve been very happy with it. The phone and answering machine are very easy to use and work great.

What I love about it:

- You can turn off the ringer on the phone.

- You can raise the volume on the phone so you can hear better. Sometimes I want it REALLY loud and this phone does it.

- You can listen and delete your messages from the phone.

- You can put the numbers that you frequently call in memory on the phone.

- The battery lasts a long time (I’ve had the phone off the base and in use for hours and haven’t had it die on me yet).

- The date and time are easy to set (and reset). This was a problem with our old phone because whenever we lost power, I’d have to get the manual out to figure out how to reset the date and time. It’s so easy on this one! It saves me so much aggravation.

- The caller ID is easy to read.

- The answering machine is easy to turn off.

- The price!!

I would purchase this again.

This phone is really a waste for the money, the battery doesn’t last for the time expected (nor half of it), the call quality is very poor, when u just go to the next room their is so much noise, end of line try another one.

2 Stars Kitchen Phone Evaluation
This is a very good phone except when you use the wall mount feature, the handset can be knocked off the base station too easily. We use it in the kitchen and it is very satisfactory except the occasional drop to the floor when grazed by a passing elbow. The product could be improved greatly by making the handset more stable with a larger hook.

Had a previous model of this phone, and frequent drops made hand set inoperable and manufacturer does not sell replacement handsets.

1 Star DISAPOINTED IN PHONE
I ordered this GE corded/cordless phone because my 5 year old GE corded/cordless phone worked so well for years, and still worked well, but because of an electrical storm the callerID no longer worked. When I set the phone up (which was easy to set up, just like the old one) I tested the voicemail out. I COULD BARELY HEAR IT! I went away for the weekend and came home. IF IT WEREN’T FOR THE CALLERID, I WOULDN’T BE ABLE TO TELL WHO CALLED! I had the volume turned all the way up, but it didn’t go any further. I checked manual, this was it. Also, the sound quality of the landline was fine. Alittle low even turned up all the way up, but OK. BUT! The hand held cordless phone had such poor quality, I couldn’t hear what people were saying and my own voice sounded awful to me. Very “tin-ey” and irratating. I send it back. Amazon was very nice about letting me return this.

this is the worst phone I have ever purchased…

handset no longer works after only 4 months

answering machine records so quietly that you cant hear your messages

something funky with the cord, sometimes people can hear me

sometimes they cant

if a I could find the receipt Id return it

I considered buying another and returning this one in the box with the receipt but not only would that be dishonest, I would end up with another of the same kind of phone

it is absolute cr@p! One star is too many.

5 Stars Very good product
This cordless/ corded speaker phone worked very well as soon as we opened up the box and installed it. It was very easy to install and the manual was easy to understand. Every thing worked right away.

3 Stars Dysfunctional cordless handset
The corded phone part worked great. Regretably the cordless handset that accompanied it didn’t work right. Sometimes the buttons worked … and sometimes they didn’t. No rhyme nor reason as to when it worked and when it didn’t. No notice either. Too bad as it was a gift.
