Hi Everyone,… even phone technicians can’t figure this out. We can only raise/lower the ringer volume. But, can not make the ringer silent. [leaving the phone free to use. as in, not putting it on Do Not Disturb mode, etc.] The model is vb-44223 in the DBS [digital business system] line of phones.
