Voting Question: Best Car stereo for use with an external hard drive?

I’m looking to put an aftermarket head unit in my truck, I would like to be able to hook up an external drive and listen to the music that is on the drive. My cell phone does a great job of recognizing music files and organizing them by artist album and so on, and basically I would like a head unit that does the same. I don’t care about Ipod interfaces which is what most of these units seem to be built around. I would like it to be double din with a digital display and built in Bluetooth would be a plus so I don’t have to locate a microphone bust isn’t a deal breaker. The Jensen VM8023HD is pretty close but the USB port is located on the front which would make things messy. Anyone know of a better solution I would have thought in this day in age this would be something simple to find but I’m not entirely happy with any of the units I’ve looked at.
